Demeyere Atlantis Saucier. This beautiful pan is one of our favourites and is the perfect tool for lump free sauces, melting chocolate and sautéing.
The rounded shape is ideal for stirring and whisking (no corners!). Its unique 7 layer construction spreads the heat evenly from the base to the top edge. It will work on all surfaces, being particularly good on induction and will be quite happy in the oven. The ergonomic handle stays cool (except in the oven, just in case you ask) and it's really easy to clean - let it soak for 2 minutes or stick in the dishwasher.
What we use it for: sauces, gravy, melting chocolate, scrambled egg, risotto, searing meat, sautéing, Crème Anglaise which usually needs a double boiler

Delivery Schedule

Under normal circumstances, and assuming everything is in stock, we aim to despatch goods within 3-5 working days (or within 48 hours for express delivery) of receiving your order depending on the delivery method we use, your order will then usually take another two days to arrive. So normally order will be with you within 7 working days.

We do not take payment until we despatch the goods.

If for any reason we don't have your items in stock, we'll contact you as soon as possible to let you know, usually with 24 hours of your ordering, except at weekend, when it will at some point Monday PM or Tuesday AM.
