Unlike other ranges from Henckels, Twin Cuisine knives are constructed using a traditional ‘Hot Drop Forged’ process. This is because the unique horizontal tang design can only be manufactured in this way. This gives this range a much heavier weight and feel. However like with all other Henckels knives, they are made from the same ice hardened, high carbon stainless steel. Twin Cuisine’s unique design, weight and size of handle are ideally suited for people with larger hands and look stunning in a knife block.
