The Toughened Non-Stick crepe pan is perfect for making crepes and is a real favourite of ours. The shallow rim of the pan allows you to slide the pancake on to a plate with ease, while the ergonomic handle is comfortable to hold.. TNS saucepans conduct the heat evenly and quickly, so you do not need too much heat (too much heat will damage a non-stick coating), although the coating on these pans is more resilient than others (just in case you leave it on a high heat for a little longer than you planned).

  • TNS saucepans are suitable for all hobs (including induction)

  • BEFORE FIRST USE remove labels and all protective packaging before use.
  • For the Kone Kettle only, ensure kettle handle is locked into the upright position. Once in position do not try to unlock.
  • Wash kettle in hot water then fill with clean water and bring to the boil and discard this water.
  • Match kettle base to size of of ring/burner.
  • Never heat up an empty kettle.
  • Never fill beyond level marked on the outside of the kettle.
  • We recommend using an oven glove or cloth when opening the whistle as it may be hot.
  • Avoid leaving water in kettle when not in use, a build up of scale may occur and reduce efficiency.
  • A gentle de–scaler may be used periodically, if required.

Delivery Schedule

Under normal circumstances, and assuming everything is in stock, we aim to despatch goods within 3-5 working days (or within 48 hours for express delivery) of receiving your order depending on the delivery method we use, your order will then usually take another two days to arrive. So normally order will be with you within 7 working days.

We do not take payment until we despatch the goods.

If for any reason we don't have your items in stock, we'll contact you as soon as possible to let you know, usually with 24 hours of your ordering, except at weekend, when it will at some point Monday PM or Tuesday AM.
