GS - Series
GS-Series knives have smaller blades and weighted, hollow handles. The GS Series range covers most utility knife sizes for peeling and paring jobs with blades of 7cm to 25cm in length. This series is a classic collection of small and medium-sized knives for general preparation and also includes some specialist items.
G - Series
G-Series knives have long blades and weighted, hollow handles. The G Series knife range covers a comprehensive range of slicing, cutting, and boning tasks with blades ranging from 16cm to 31cm in length.

GSF - Series
GSF-Series knives have the smallest blades and solid handles. The GSF Series knife range consists of a small range of peeling and utility knives, with a couple of specialist knives for steak and shellfish. The blades range from 5cm to 15cm in length.
