Demeyere is still a family owned Belgian manufacturer, run by Maurits Demeyere (pronounced Morris Demira).. a man with a mission. His mission it seems to me is to understand different cooking processes and then produce pots and pans that are as close to perfection as possible.

To date I have been unable to find a better make than Demeyere. Over the last 20 years we have stocked and used ourselves Demeyere products and we know that their performance does not faulter with time. These are pans that you will pass down to the next geneation. We keep in stock the Apollo & Atlantis Ranges, (which incidently most of our staff use at home). We can order in any Sirocco and Mistral piece, usually 2-3 weeks delivery.
