When I tasted it, it took me back 30 or 40 years to my mother's cheese flan (I don't think Elizabeth David had yet introduced us to the Quiche then)...

"I made Paul's goats cheese quiche last weekend.
The combination of the goats cheese and parmesan cheese custard filling together with the lightly sauted spring onions gave a creamy, slightly salty yet piquant flavour. The herby pastry, made so quickly in my magimix, added a subtle, sightly rustic french twist. The quiche was wonderful straigt from the oven served with a mixed green salad and just as good eaten cold the next day.
