Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept all credit cards (Except: American Express & Diners Club)

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

If you have an issue number on your card, please provide it in the special instructions box.

For delivery in mainland UK, our delivery charges are as follows:

Order values above £125.00 - Free Delivery
Order values of less than £125.00 - £4.95

For orders to be shipped outside of mainland UK, delivery charges will be advised within 24 hours of receipt of order.

PLEASE NOTE:

Most of our orders are shipped by Parcel Force 48 Hour service, however we sometimes use the standard Royal Mail 1st Class service.

If you require your order very quickly it may be possible to arrange a 24 Hour service, or even a Saturday delivery, but there will be extra charges. Please contact us by telephone if you'd like more information on either of these additonal services.

If you would like the courier to leave your parcel in a specific place, or deliver to an alternative address, please ensure that you add this location in the Special Instruction box on the next page.

PLACED YOUR ORDER WITHOUT READING THIS?

If you're anything like me, you can get caught up in the excitement of ordering your goods and only realise after the event that you've missed a crucial part of the ordering process (like telling the courier to leave your order in the kids' playhouse)!

If you find yourself in this situation, no problem, we can make changes to your order right up to despatch. So if you'd like to add products to or remove products from your order add your Red Apron card number (so you get your Red Apron points) or add special delivery instructions just send us an e-mail and we'll make the necessary changes.

Under normal circumstances, we'd expect to despatch your order within 3 days of receiving it, however at the moment due a high workload there is a slight delay.

WE'RE CURRENTLY DESPATCHING GOODS WITHIN 4-5 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ORDER AND HOPE THIS WILL NOT CAUSE YOU TOO MUCH INCONVENIENCE.

Please rest assured that as we never take payment until we despatch the goods your card has not yet been charged.

If for any reason we don't have your items in stock, we'll contact you as soon as possible, which can be 3-4 days at this time of year, to let you know.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

If you break or damage your purchase within the first 18 months, whether you have dropped it, burnt it, or the children have jumped on it... you can purchase a replacement from us at 50% off the purchase price. Simply return the damaged one to us, with your original receipt.

If an item has become unavailable, we will credit 50% of the price paid towards any other purchase.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights, but is an addition to them.
