Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept all credit cards (Except: American Express & Diners Club)
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
If you have an issue number on your card, please provide it in the special instructions box.
Our delivery charges are as follows:
Order value of £50 or more - Free Standard Delivery
Order values of less than £50.00 - £4.95 (or £2.00 for the small items)
Express Delivery - £6.95
Channel Islands - £14.95 (or £4.95 for the small items)
Highlands & Islands of Scotland - £10.95 (or £2.00 for the small items)
Isle of Man - £12.95 (or £4.95 for the small items)
Isles of Scilly - £12.95 (or £4.95 for the small items)
Northern Ireland - £8.95 (or £2.00 for the small items)
Republic of Ireland - £17.95 (or £4.95 for the small items)
France - £16.95 (or £4.95 for the small items)
Belgium/Netherlands/Luxemburg - £15.95 (or £4.95 for the small items)
For orders to be shipped to no listed destinations (called "Other"), we will advise the shipping costs within 24 hours of receipt of your order and ask if you want to proceed. PLEASE NOTE:

If you're anything like me, you can get caught up in the excitement of ordering your goods and only realise after the event that you've missed a crucial part of the ordering process (like telling the courier to leave your order in the kids' playhouse)!
If you find yourself in this situation, no problem, we can make changes to your order right up to despatch. So if you'd like to add products to or remove products from your order or add special delivery instructions just send us an e-mail and we'll make the necessary changes.
Under normal circumstances, and assuming everything is in stock, we aim to despatch goods within 3-5 working days (or within 48 hours for express delivery) of receiving your order depending on the delivery method we use, your order will then usually take another two days to arrive. So normally order will be with you within 7 working days.
We do not take payment until we despatch the goods.
If for any reason we don't have your items in stock, we'll contact you as soon as possible to let you know, usually with 24 hours of your ordering, except at weekend, when it will at some point Monday PM or Tuesday AM.
If your item is not in stock, we will order it for you. You may always email us to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
All prices include VAT where applicable.
Credit Card Security
All online transactions are processed on a secure server to ensure the security of your credit card details.
We provide a truly unique special guarantee for Red Apron Members.
If you break or damage your purchase within the first 12 months, whether you have dropped it, burnt it, or the children have jumped on it... you can purchase a replacement from us at 50% off the purchase price. Simply return the damaged one to us, with your original receipt.
If an item has become unavailable, we will credit 50% of the price paid towards any other purchase.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights, but is an addition to them.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.
At 'Art of Living'; you have the right to change your mind. Art of Living Guarantees to take back from you any purchase that is unused, for a full refund if you have your receipt, or for a credit note if not. There is no time limit on this - all you pay is the postage.
Naturally, if your purchase is faulty we will refund you the full purchase price, or replace it straight away free of charge if you'd prefer (except for electrical items over one month old, which have to be sent for repair). Under these circumstances we will refund your postage costs on receipt of goods.
Age Verification for the purchase of knives
Art of Living takes active measures to ensure that all customers are of legal age in the UK for purchasing knives (18 years old). In order to verify a customers age we will contact you for further information to confirm you are at least 18 years old.
