Cookery School

Welcome to the Art of Living Cookery School…We love food and adore cooking.

Over the years we have been able to incorporate various cookery courses, demonstrations and workshops into the life of the shops. However, since 2016 we have taken the Cookery School to the next level and are now providing a diverse catalogue of classes which offer a range of courses for all skill levels.

Our classes are designed and led by our own Cordon Bleu chef, Emma Hay. Emma trained at Tante Marie Culinary Academy before working as chef on a private yacht. She has since left the high seas and as well as running the Cookery School she works on the shop floor in our Reigate shop. Selected classes will be led by Babettte Bluett-Duncan, Director of Art of Living and baker extraordiaire

This wealth of training and experience means the classes are geared towards tasty achievable home cooking. We pride ourselves on being able to offer not just the recipes and instructions but a deeper understanding of cooking.

The Cookery School uses Art of Living’s high-quality products and our extensive knowledge about all things cookware means our guests get an instructive, hands-on experience with a range of tools.

The classes are limited in size, providing an intimate learning environment in a home kitchen.

All classes are held in Reigate, Surrey. Some are run in our Reigate shop and others in Babette’s kitchen, also in Reigate.
