About Art of Living
Art of Living is a family
business set up in 1972 by my parents Paul and Averil Bluett-Duncan
who established the customer service tradition that we are so proud
of today. Customers know that they can rely on us to give good,
genuine advice and that they can browse at their leisure without
being subjected to a hard sell – or indeed any sort of ‘sell’.
We enjoy long-standing relationships with many regular customers
who in turn are a great source of informal product reviews and tips.
Our Products
We pride ourselves on knowing the exact difference between a spade
and a shovel (or a pot and a pan ?) … and what each does best.
Our products are carefully selected from trusted manufacturers and
many of them have been test-driven by our staff or our customers.
However, we can’t test all of them and because we only want
to sell products that do the job they are meant to, we will gladly
refund any product that you have used for up to two months if you
are not happy with it.
How can we help
you?
Whether you know exactly what you want or are looking for ideas
or advice, Art of Living will be pleased to help. We are immensely
proud of our ‘Investor in People’ status and commit
a great deal of time to training our staff so that they can confidently
give informed and intelligent advice. And if we don’t have
what you’re looking for, allow us to source it for you.
Guarantees and Refunds
A customer who agonizingly dropped her newly-purchased crockery
on the pavement outside our Cobham shop was the inspiration for
our breakage refund policy. If you buy an item from us and break
it within 18 months, we will offer you a 50% discount on the purchase
of a replacement. We will also happily return your money if you
are not satisfied with a product’s performance within two
months of purchase. Unused products may be returned at any time.
See our terms
and conditions for full details.
