Took an hour and I got some great results. I made a Spinach, red onion and Ricotta (of course) Quiche too. I used my Maslin pan to make it in.I stirred too much the first time and was breaking up the curds. The second time I gave them a little love. I left them for longer and delicately moved the milk to prevent scorching and it worked a treat! Next time at the end I think I will add in some garlic, chives, mint and a squeeze of lemon to make a fresh dip."
