The Grange - Now have a lovely pink KitchenAid Mixer

Art of Living are delighted to support The Grange, a registered charity based in Bookham in Surrey . They provide a range of high quality services to adults with disabilities including accommodation, training in life and social skills, and opportunities to work.

We were initially we were put in touch with The Grange by one of our Cobham customer, Steve, who is a professional chef and gives his time to them every Thursday morning. It was him who told us of their need/desire to have a KitchenAid. We were so impressed by the brilliant job they do to help adults with learning difficulties learn new skills and achieve a more fulfilled life that we were very happy to donate a gorgeous pink KitchenAid mixer to them.

Babette (second left) took the KitchenAid to them. Tom (far left), whose mother has a cream KitchenAid bought from us, works in the kitchen and was very excited he was to have a KitchenAid to use now.

Babette was  thrilled to receive the Insect box, which now hangs in her garden (bark, straw etc to provide shelter for different insects), made by their clients. Thanks to Claire Dawson  and Tom for showing Babette round.

The Grange are open to the public on Thursdays for tea and scones, in a lovely conservatory, Babette recommends it.

Below is the lovely email we received in thanks. We hope they are enjoying using their KitchenAid.

Dear Babette,

It was so lovely to meet you on Saturday and I am delighted to attach some photographs of you presenting the most gorgeous Kitchen Aid that I have ever seen!

 Kind regards, Marion Chow
