Unplug the power cord from the power outlet after use for safety reasons. To keep your cup and lid clean, avoid allowingfood residue to dry on them.Follow these steps as soon as possible after use: • Rinse most of the residue off the blades,cup and lid. • Hand wash in warm, soapy water using a mildliquid detergent and non-abrasive sponge. Cleaning agents Do not use abrasive scouring pads or cleanserson either the motor base or the cup, as they mayscratch the surface. Use only warm soap waterwith a soft cloth. Pressurisation The cup may be rinsed by adding cold water,attaching blades, and either blendingor shaking by hand for 10 seconds.IMPORTANT: There is a risk of pressurisationfrom hot water and/or detergent.When rinsing by attaching blades and blending/shaking, never add hot or even warm water,as the steam produced can create dangerouspressurisation of steam.Do not add detergent, as the foam producedwill expand and may cause pressurisation. Dishwasher The cup, lid and blade assembly may be washedin the dishwasher on the top shelf only. Stubborn food stains and odours Strong smelling and some vegetables such ascarrots may leave an odour or stain the blades,cup or lid.To remove, pour warm soapy water and fill tothe MAX mark. Set aside to soak for 5 minutes.Then wash with a mild detergent and warm water,rinse well and dry thoroughly. Store cup with lid off.Do not attach blades when washing with detergent. Storage Do not store with the cup turned to the ON position, as this means the motor is engagedand will turn on immediately when plugged inor switched on at the wall.

Please note that any overseas shipment is at your own risk and you will hence need to take out insurance to cover any damage in transit.

Customs forms for all international packages list the value of the contents as well as a description of the items. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your country must be borne by you. Your local customs office will be able to provide you with further information.
